#7 Payment with User Account Balance

To Pay with your User Account Balance you must:



1. Sign in

2. Play the Lottery you wish 

3. Click play now

4. Click confirm order

5. Click on User Account Balance

6. Click confirm order.



In order to pay with you user account balance you must have money in your account.



Examples



A. Your user account balance is 10 €


you can play two bets for Euromillions (8 €) + one bet for Primitiva Lottery (2 €) and pay with you user account balance.


B. Your user account balance is 0.50 €: 


in order play, for example, one Euromillions bets (4 €) you must Deposit Funds (3.50 €) in your user account



Deposit Funds: the minimum amount you can deposit is 1 €

The minimum age to be our customer is 18 years old

LOTTOSPHOTO.COM SERVICES

#9 What do you offer in this website?
Lottosphoto.com is an online lottery management company. We act as messenger agency, getting the order from the customer to buy and manage tickets from the Spanish National Lottery (Euro Millions, Primitiva, El Gordo and the Bonoloto).
#10 How does exactly works?
Once the customer confirms the purchase of their tickets, they will receive an e-mail confirming the customer's personal information and details of the tickets bought - the lotteries in which they are valid, the combinations being played and the dates of the draws.

After sending out customer the e-mail with the details of their purchase, the official lottery forms are printed with the details; we ask the Lottery Administration to validate them.  

Once is validated, we take a digital photograph of each ticket and we send an e-mail to the customer so that they have proof.  

After sending our user the e-mail with the image of their tickets, we store the tickets until the date of the draw.

Yes, we take a digital photo of each ticket.
#12 When do I receive the photo?
You will receive, by email, the photo before the draw you participate takes place.

If you do not receive our email with the photo, please contact us via e-mail (info@lottosphoto.com).

WHAT IF I WIN A PRIZE?

#13 How do I know if I have won?
After each draw we monitors all tickets bought by our customers and we will notify you via e-mail if you win a prize.

You can also check the lottery winning numbers on our website.
#14 How do I collect my prizes?

The prizes will be deposited in the customer Lottosphoto.com account, so you can purchase new lottery tickets or transfer your money to your BANK account.

#15 Prizes over € 600 and combating fraud
For prizes above € 600 customers must provide personal information and documentation in order to be able to verify the identity of the winner.

In some cases we will send you the official lottery claim form, which you should will fill in, sign, and return to us

As of 1st January 2013, Spanish lottery prizes that exceed €2.500 will be subject to a government legislated tax at a rate of 20%. This also applies to Spanish wins in EuroMillions.


#16 Does Lottosphoto.com charge any fee if I win a prize?
No, Lottosphoto.com does not charge any commission on the prize; you will receive 100% of it.
#18 Will I have to appear in person to collect my prize?
Whenever possible we will claim the prize on your behalf, however for larger prizes you may be present in order to claim it. Where this is the case, we will help you to make the necessary arrangements if required.

Lottosphoto.com does not sell or resell lottery tickets. We offer a messenger service, which means that you request a lottery tickets and we buy the tickets on your behalf at a government-licensed lottery retailer or agent.

Yes, Lottosphoto.com is a messenger business, not a gambling business. We provide a legal, responsible Messenger Service to our customers. When you subscribe to our service we are buying the tickets on your behalf.

#23 What is the price of the Lottery bet?
The price depends first on the Lottery chosen (Euro millions, Primitiva,  El Gordo and Bonoloto) and then in the number of bets you make. Lottosphoto adds a fee for the service provided.

When you make a bet you can check the price before validating it, without obligation to purchase.
