Playing EuroMillions from Abroad in 2023

There are two alternatives for playing EuroMillions from abroad.

The different options depend on whether you are a resident of one of the

9 countries participating in the EuroMillions lottery.

If you are a resident in one of the participating

countries in the EuroMillions draw:

1. If you legally reside in one of the countries participating in the

EuroMillions draw and you are outside of the country, you can

purchase EuroMillions tickets online through the official

EuroMillions website of your country of residence.

For example, if you are a resident of Austria and temporarily in Finland,

you can play EuroMillions through the official EuroMillions website of

Austria. Please note that in this case, only individuals who legally reside

in Austria can register.

There are two exceptions where you cannot play on the official

EuroMillions website, even if you reside in one of the participating

countries in the draw:

The United Kingdom and Spain do not allow the use of their

respective country's EuroMillions website if you are abroad. You can

only do so if you are physically within your country of residence.

2. It is also possible to purchase EuroMillions tickets in any of

the participating countries if, for example, you are touring in one of

them.

For example, if you are French and visiting Spain, you can buy

EuroMillions tickets at any of the 11,000 lottery outlets in the country. It's

important to know that prizes can only be claimed in the country where

you purchased the EuroMillions ticket.

If you are not a resident in any of the participating

countries in the EuroMillions draw:

You have three options to play EuroMillions:

1. Travel to one of the nine countries that are part of the EuroMillions

draw, visit a lottery outlet in the country, and purchase the EuroMillions

tickets you want.

2. If you have a friend or family member who resides in one of the

countries where EuroMillions tickets are sold, you can ask them to buy

tickets for you. This is another option.

3. You can hire the services of a specialized courier company for

lottery ticket purchases. These companies go to a lottery outlet in one

of the 9 countries where EuroMillions tickets are sold, buy the tickets for

you, scan them so you can see, keep them in a secure vault until after

the draw, and assist you in prize claim management.

If you have no plans to travel to any of the countries where EuroMillions

tickets are sold and have no friends or family in those countries,

specialized courier companies are your only option to play

EuroMillions and have the chance to win prizes of up to 250,000,000

euros.
